2023-25 Tentative Agreement Updated On: Nov 26, 2022 The tentative agreement linked here is not yet funded and therefore not in effect. If the Legislature funds the agreement in the 2023–25 biennial budget, then it will go into effect on July 1, 2023. The current 2021–23 collective bargaining agreement remains in effect until June 30, 2023. This year, our bargaining team reached an impasse and therefore proceeded to interest arbitration.
