SUBJECT: Ratification of the 2021-2023 Collective Bargaining Agreement
Negotiation of the 2021-2023 Tentative Agreement between the Washington Federation of State Employees (WFSE) Language Access Providers and the State of Washington concluded on August 21, 2020. Your Bargaining Team recommends that you VOTE TO ACCEPT this Agreement and strongly encourages your participation in the ratification process. After you have reviewed the proposed Agreement, we believe you will agree that progress was made under very difficult economic conditions stemming from the Coronavirus Pandemic, and that you will exercise your right to vote and ratify this proposed Agreement.
